Creating B2B Quotes with PDF Export

The Nuvi Quotes module is built for service businesses that need to send custom price proposals — especially workplace health and safety (ISG) providers. You can configure service prices once, generate a quote in seconds, and download a branded PDF to send to the customer.

Step 1: Configure Service Prices

Before creating your first quote, set your default rates. Navigate to Quotes in the sidebar, then open the Service Prices panel. You can set per-employee monthly rates for each role and risk level:

  • Workplace Physician — Low Risk, Medium Risk, High Risk rates.
  • Safety Expert — Three risk-level rates.
  • Other Health Personnel — Three risk-level rates.
  • Lab & Tests — Per-person prices for lung, audiometry, SFT, blood, EKG.
  • Training — Basic and refresher first-aid prices, plus consulting and training fees.

Click Save when done. These prices auto-populate when you build a new quote.

Step 2: Customize Your PDF Template

Go to Quotes > Settings to brand your quote PDFs. Configure:

  1. Logo — Upload your company logo.
  2. Primary & Accent Colors — Match your brand identity.
  3. Quote Title — Default heading shown on the PDF.
  4. Notes — Standard terms or disclaimers shown at the bottom.
  5. Footer Text — Optional company info shown on every page.

Step 3: Create a New Quote

Click "New Quote" from the quotes list. Fill in customer details — name, company, email, phone — then add line items by selecting services and entering quantities. The total updates automatically using your configured rates.

Step 4: Send to the Customer

Save the quote as Draft while you finalize details, then change the status to Sent when you share it with the customer. Use the Download PDF button to export the quote for email attachment or printing.

Step 5: Track Status

Quotes move through five statuses: Draft, Sent, Accepted, Rejected, and Expired. Filter the quotes list by status to keep your follow-ups organized. Update the status manually as the customer responds.
