Refund Policy

Draft notice — pending legal review

This document is a working draft published for transparency and is awaiting review by qualified counsel. Until reviewed, please treat this page as informational. The binding refund terms applicable to your subscription are those incorporated into the Terms of Service you accepted at sign-up.

1. Subscription Plans — 14-Day Initial Window

If you are a new customer, you may request a full refund of your first paid subscription invoice within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not used a material amount of platform resources. "Material use" includes, but is not limited to: launching a public storefront, processing live customer orders, sending marketing emails to your audience, or registering a domain through the Service.

If you have used material resources during the 14-day window, Nuvi may offer a pro-rated refund or service credit at its discretion.

2. Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once charged. You may cancel an active subscription at any time from the dashboard; cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not refund charges already incurred for the current billing period.

Where an annual plan is cancelled mid-term, your access continues until the end of the prepaid period; no refund of the remaining months is issued unless required by mandatory consumer-protection law.

3. Add-On Services

Domain registrations are non-refundable once registered with the underlying registrar. The registration is delivered immediately and the cost is paid through to the registrar; we are unable to recover that cost. You retain ownership of the domain regardless of subscription status.

AI credit packs, premium support packages, and other one-time add-ons are non-refundable once consumed or partially consumed. Unused add-ons within the first 14 days of purchase may be refunded at Nuvi's discretion, less any portion already used.

Migration support packages are non-refundable once kickoff has occurred (i.e. once Nuvi engineering has begun working on your migration). Before kickoff, the package is fully refundable on request.

4. Service Disruptions

Subscription fees are not automatically refunded for service disruptions. Where a confirmed platform incident materially affects your ability to use the Service for an extended period, Nuvi may, at its discretion, issue a service credit applied to a future invoice.

Force-majeure events and disruptions caused by third-party services outside Nuvi's reasonable control (DNS providers, payment processors, upstream cloud providers, etc.) do not give rise to a refund obligation.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the address registered on your Nuvi account, with the subject "Refund request — [your account email]". Please include the invoice number and a brief description of the reason. We will respond within a reasonable period — typically within a few business days — and, if the request is approved, refund the original payment method.

Refunds are processed back to the payment method used for the original purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved directly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in temporary suspension of the affected account pending resolution, in line with the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Consumer-Protection Rights

Where applicable consumer-protection law (including but not limited to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU) grants you statutory withdrawal or refund rights that exceed those described in this Policy, those statutory rights apply and prevail.

8. Updates to This Policy

Nuvi may update this Refund Policy. The version applicable to your subscription is the one published on the date you completed the purchase, unless you separately accept an updated version (for example at renewal).
