Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your Nuvi subscription at any time from the billing settings. This guide explains how to upgrade, downgrade, cancel, and view your invoices.

Accessing Billing Settings

  1. Log in to your Nuvi admin panel.
  2. Click on Settings in the left sidebar.
  3. Select Billing from the settings menu.
  4. You will see your current plan, next billing date, and payment method.

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade, click "Change Plan" on the billing page. Select the plan you want to switch to and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If your store exceeds the limits of the lower plan (for example, more than 10 products on the Free plan), you will be asked to reduce your products before the downgrade completes.

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel, go to Settings > Billing and click "Cancel Subscription". Your store will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that:

  • Your store will revert to the Free plan features.
  • Custom domain will be disconnected.
  • Your data is retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate.

Viewing Invoices

All invoices are available in the billing portal. Click "View Invoices" to see past payments, download PDF invoices, and update your payment method.

Updating Payment Method

Click "Update Payment Method" to change your credit card or payment details. Nuvi uses Stripe for secure payment processing, so your card information is never stored on Nuvi servers.
