Saving and Reusing AI Commands

The AI Assistant comes with a library of built-in skills — pre-written commands like "Show today's orders" or "Generate a discount code" that you can run with a single click. You can pin the ones you use most so they stay at the top of your panel, and arrange them in the order that fits your workflow.

What Are Skills?

A skill is a saved prompt the AI knows how to execute. Each skill has:

• A short title shown on the button.
• A description explaining what it does.
• A pre-filled prompt the AI runs when you click it.

Nuvi ships with a curated set of skills covering common admin tasks — sales summaries, inventory checks, theme tweaks, blog drafting, and more.

Step 1: Browse the Skill Library

Open AI Assistant in the sidebar. The skill panel appears alongside the chat — usually as a row of buttons across the top or a sidebar list. Hover any skill to see its full description.

Step 2: Run a Skill

Click any skill button. The AI runs the underlying command and shows the result inline, just like a typed message. You can chain skills with follow-up questions — for example, run "Show today's orders" and then ask "Which one is the largest?".

Step 3: Pin Your Favorites

Open the Skill Settings panel (the gear icon next to the skill list). To pin skills:

1. Toggle the pin icon on the skills you use most often.
2. Once you pin at least one skill, the panel switches to "pinned mode" and shows only your pinned items.
3. Use the up/down arrows to reorder pinned skills — the topmost is closest to your hand.
4. Unpin a skill any time to remove it from the quick-access list.

Your pin choices are saved to your account, so they persist across browsers and devices.

Step 4: Reset to Show All Skills

If you want to see the full library again, open Skill Settings and click Reset. Pins are cleared and every available skill becomes visible.

Step 5: Skills Update Automatically

The skill library is curated by Nuvi and refreshed regularly. New skills appear automatically — you don't need to upgrade or reinstall anything. If your team uses the assistant heavily, check the panel every few weeks to discover new shortcuts. Localized skill names follow your admin language: switch to Turkish or English in your account settings, and skill titles update on the next reload.

Tips for Building a Personal Workflow

• Pin one skill from each major area you manage — orders, products, content, marketing — so any task is one click away.
• Place your most-used skill first; the panel reads left-to-right or top-down depending on your screen.
• Combine skills with typed commands for a hybrid flow: click a skill to pull data, then ask a follow-up question to drill in.
