Nuvi (usenuvi.com) is operated by NUVI SOFTWARE LIMITED, 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. This page explains how to delete data that Nuvi holds about you or that you granted Nuvi access to. All deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
If you connected a Google or Facebook account to your Nuvi store, you can disconnect it yourself at any time:
1. Log in to your Nuvi admin panel. 2. Go to Marketing → Accounts (Pazarlama → Hesaplar). 3. Click Disconnect next to the integration (Google or Facebook).
Disconnecting immediately revokes and deletes the stored access tokens (Google OAuth refresh tokens / Meta long-lived tokens) and removes cached data retrieved from that service (dashboard caches are held for a maximum of 30 days in any case).
You can also remove Nuvi's access from the Facebook side:
1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites (or visit https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=applications). 2. Find the Nuvi app in the list. 3. Click Remove, and confirm.
Removing the app invalidates Nuvi's access. When we receive a data deletion request from Meta (triggered by your removal, via Meta's Data Deletion Request Callback) or from you directly, we delete the stored tokens and all Facebook data associated with your account within 30 days and will provide a confirmation/status reference on request.
You can likewise revoke Google access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
To delete your entire Nuvi account, your store(s) and the data they contain:
• Self-service: delete your store(s)/account from the Nuvi admin panel; or
• By email: send a request to [email protected] from the email address on your account.
We will delete your account data, store data and all stored integration tokens within 30 days of the request, except for records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices for tax law), which are retained only for the legally mandated period and then deleted.
If you are a customer of a store built on Nuvi (not a Nuvi merchant), the store owner is the controller of your data. Please contact the store directly using the contact details on that store's website. If you cannot reach the store, email [email protected] and we will forward your request to the merchant and assist in its execution.
Email [email protected]. More detail on what we store and for how long is in our Privacy Policy (./privacy-policy-en.md).
