Email Marketing Campaigns
Email marketing is one of the most effective channels for driving repeat purchases. Nuvi provides built-in tools to create and send campaigns to your customers.
Creating a Campaign
- Navigate to the marketing section in your admin panel.
- Click "Create Campaign".
- Enter a Campaign Name (internal reference, not visible to recipients).
- Write a compelling Subject Line — this is what recipients see in their inbox. Keep it under 50 characters for best results.
- Choose a Template or start from scratch.
Email Templates
Nuvi provides several pre-designed templates:
- Product Announcement — Showcase new products with images and descriptions.
- Sale / Promotion — Highlight discounts with countdown urgency.
- Newsletter — Regular updates with multiple content blocks.
- Abandoned Cart — Remind customers of items left in their cart.
Each template is customizable — change colors, images, text, and button links to match your brand.
Selecting Recipients
Choose who receives your campaign:
- All Customers — Send to every customer who has opted into marketing emails.
- Newsletter Subscribers — Only customers who signed up via your newsletter form.
- Recent Purchasers — Customers who purchased within a specific timeframe.
Sending Your Campaign
Before sending:
- Click "Preview" to see how the email looks on desktop and mobile.
- Send a test email to yourself to check formatting and links.
- When satisfied, click "Send Now" or schedule for a specific date and time.
Campaign Analytics
After sending, track your campaign's performance:
- Open Rate — Percentage of recipients who opened the email.
- Click Rate — Percentage who clicked a link in the email.
- Revenue Generated — Sales attributed to the campaign.
