Navigating the Admin Panel
The Nuvi admin panel is your command center for managing your online store. This guide provides an overview of the main areas and how to find what you need.
Accessing the Admin Panel
Log in to your admin panel at yourstore.usenuvi.com/app or through the Nuvi dashboard. You will land on the home screen, which shows a quick overview of recent orders and store activity.
Main Navigation Sections
The left sidebar contains the primary navigation:
- Orders — View, manage, and fulfill customer orders.
- Products — Add, edit, and organize your product catalog.
- Customers — Browse customer profiles and order history.
- AI Assistant — Chat with the AI to manage your store using natural language.
- Pages — Create and edit static pages like About Us, Contact, or FAQ.
- Press / Blog — Write and publish blog posts and articles.
- Settings — Configure store settings, themes, payments, and more.
Using the Search Bar
Press Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K on Mac) to open the global search. You can quickly search for orders, products, customers, or settings pages by name.
Settings Overview
Under the Settings section, you will find:
- Store Details — Name, address, and currency configuration.
- Themes — Theme selection and visual customization.
- Regions — Shipping zones, tax rates, and currency settings.
- Users — Team member invitations and role management.
- API Keys — Publishable and secret keys for integrations.
Quick Actions
The top-right corner of the admin panel has quick actions for common tasks: creating a new product, viewing your storefront, and accessing notifications.
