What Can the AI Assistant Do?
The Nuvi AI assistant is built to help you manage your online store using natural language. Instead of navigating menus, you can simply tell the AI what you want, and it will handle it for you.
Data Retrieval
The AI can pull up information from your store instantly:
- Products — List products, filter by status, search by name or price range.
- Orders — View recent orders, check order statuses, filter by date or customer.
- Customers — Look up customer details, order history, and contact information.
- Sales Summary — Get revenue totals, order counts, and top-selling products for any time period.
Theme and Design Management
Control your store's appearance with natural language:
- Switch themes — Change between available themes instantly.
- Customize colors — Change primary, secondary, background, and text colors.
- Update logo — Set a new logo by providing an image URL.
- Change slogan — Update the store tagline shown on the storefront.
Content Management
Build and manage your store's content:
- Add sections — Add hero banners, testimonials, FAQ, and more to your homepage.
- Edit sections — Update text, images, and settings in existing sections.
- Manage navigation — Add or update menu items in the header and footer.
Multi-Action Commands
The AI supports complex requests that involve multiple steps. For example:
- "Change the theme to Editorial, set the primary color to dark blue, and update the slogan to 'Discover More'" — The AI breaks this into three actions and executes them in sequence.
What It Cannot Do (Yet)
The AI currently does not:
- Process payments or issue refunds (these must be done manually)
- Create or edit products (product management is done through the admin UI)
- Change billing or subscription settings
