Our story

Made for the next mile

Stride started in a garage gym with a simple frustration: gear that looked the part but quit halfway through the workout. Seams that rubbed. Waistbands that slid. Fabric that soaked and stayed heavy.

So we built our own. We obsess over the spec — four-way stretch, bonded seams, recycled performance yarn — and we test every piece where it counts: on real runs, under real loads, through real sweat.

How should the kit fit?

Our performance pieces run true to size with an athletic, move-with-you cut. Between sizes? Size down for a compressive feel, up for a relaxed training fit. Every product page has a size guide with body measurements.

What is your returns policy?

Free 30-day returns on unworn gear, tags on. Sweat-tested it and it is not right? We still take it back — we would rather you find the perfect fit than keep something you will not train in.

How fast do orders ship?

In-stock orders ship within 24 hours on business days, with tracked delivery. Express options are available at checkout if you need it before the next session.

Are the fabrics actually sustainable?

Most of our range is built from recycled performance yarn — reclaimed fibres spun into the same four-way stretch and wicking you expect. The breakdown is listed on every product page.
